American thrills of kills

One of Norway’s most gory films to date, The thrill of a kill, arrives on video in the US for the first time in January. This will be the third country of release for the low budget horror film.

Four years after it’s Norwegian home video release, The thrill of a kill finally makes it to video in the US, thanks to Wild Eye Releasing’s Raw label. Made on a budget of 30.000 kr (around 5000 dollars), the sadistic slasher-horror features plenty of gore, hot babes, sick rednecks and real remote cabins in the woods. If that is not enough for you, there’s also rape, abuse, nudity, cannibalism and torture – all set in typical Norwegian scenery. After arguing with her mom, Kimsy walks out of the house, angry as hell. Taking a hike into the forest usually calms her nerves, but this day she meets a “helpful” photographer. Little does she know that this will mark the beginning of a day filled with all the above mentioned “entertainment”.
